REGISTER TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL INCENTIVES TO YOUR CLIENTS
Are you one of the many contractors in the province providing installation services for commercial and industrial efficiency products and onsite energy generation technologies? This program is designed for you, to add value to your business. With a streamlined application process and accelerated turnaround times, you’ll be able to help clients retrofit their buildings with ease.
Successful delivery of the Energy Savings for Business program will rely on local skilled trades, contractors and suppliers such as HVAC businesses, insulation companies, lighting systems installers, electricians, engineers, and more to promote the program and support participants by completing project applications.
To participate, you are required to register with Emissions Reductions Alberta and agree to the Contractor Code of Conduct and Participant Terms and Conditions.
PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR CONTRACTORS
Once registered, you’ll have access to the program portal. Applicants can then assign you to their application, where you can add information and submit required documents on their behalf. You will also receive invitations for exclusive training, and resources to help increase your business through the program. There will also be trained staff available to support you through every step of the process.
Registering is easy and it’s all on-line. You will need to provide basic business information through the registration portal and confirm that you have a valid GST number, WCB clearance, basic commercial insurance and specific credentials for some Measures. We’ll send you an email to confirm and you will be set to go.

ENERGY SAVINGS FOR BUSINESS: HOW TO BECOME AN ELIGIBLE CONTRACTOR
The Energy Savings for Business program has launched.
