By submitting my application to ISS, I acknowledge that my application form, including my self-assessment, will be shared with a Service Provider selected by ERA to provide services under ISS. I agree that I will work with the Service Provider to develop an Action Plan for services to be delivered, and participate in subsequent meetings and sessions outlined in the Action Plan. Further, I agree that I will complete ERA surveys designed to collect data on the effectiveness of ISS. ERA does not audit, substantiate, or otherwise verify, and ERA and His Majesty the King in right of Alberta and each of them, is not responsible or liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any reports, advice, representations, statements, or claims ‎‎made by a Service Provider, including as contained in any Action Plan. All such reports, advice, representations, statements, or claims ‎‎made by a Service Provider, including as contained in any Action Plan, are made by the Service Providers and not ERA.‎ ERA and His Majesty the King in right of Alberta and each of them make no warranty, express or implied, nor assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reports, advice, representations, statements, or claims ‎‎made by a Service Provider, nor that any such reports, advice, representations, statements, or claims ‎‎made by a Service Provider, including as contained in any Action Plan, do not infringe on privately owned rights. The reports, advice, representations, statements, or claims ‎‎made by a Service Provider, including as contained in any Action Plan, do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of ERA and His Majesty the King in right of Alberta and each of them.
